The Certificate of Amalgamation in respect of the amalgamation of Richina Pacific Limited ("RPL"), Richina Enterprise Holdings Limited, Richina Enterprise Holdings (SLC) Limited and Richina Limited has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bermuda stating 31 December 2008 as the effective date of the said amalgamation. Following the amalgamation, the amalgamated company is known as "Richina Pacific Limited". The Notice of Meeting of RPL is also available for shareholders on request and without charge.
